Your Returns Policy:
Change of Mind
Should you change your mind about your purchase, items can be returned to the store within 30 days, with a valid till receipt or proof of purchase. We require any returned items to be kept in the original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange on any items that are not re-saleable due to a change of mind without proof of purchase.
Please be aware that some products have different return limits and exceptions when you change your mind. Seasonal items or jewellery for example. Please ask a member of staff for details.
All refunds must be reversed to the original payment method used.
Please allow up to 5 working days for a refund to be processed by the bank.
Faulty or Damaged items
Faulty or damaged items can be returned to the store within 12 months from purchase with proof of purchase.
Within 30 days of receipt of the goods, you will be offered a refund, repair; or replacement. From 30 days to 12 months, we will repair the goods. If this is not successful, then a refund or replacement will be offered.
A refund cannot be given without the faulty items being returned to the store.
Accidental damages are not covered.
Please note: Any items that are not accepted as a return (due to not being in a saleable condition), must be claimed within 14 days of the customer being notified and must be returned to sender, or will be destroyed.
How to return an item:
Please follow the steps below to return your parcel to us:
1. Re-pack the item in sealed bag with labels and tags still attached.
2. Please attach a copy of the invoice we send you with the reason of return or a note provideing your details and the date of purchase.
Please note this label is not prepaid and is just an address label.

3. Return the package by using the Post Office counters and obtain proof of postage from the Post Office. Please do not post the package through the post box without obtaining a certificate of posting. As any missing parcel is your responsibility. We advise our customers to use a tracked service to return any parcels as we will not be held liable for missing parcels.
4. Keep your certificate of postage safe as you will need this as your proof of return.
5. Once your return is received it will take up to 14 working days to refund your account you will receive an email stating your account has been credited. Please note we do not cover any shipping cost this cost is met by the customer when we receive a return the amount refunded is for the item(s) returned.
Can I have an exchange:
Unfortunately, we are not able to process exchanges at this moment in time. If you would like to return an item, please return your item as outlined in the above sections and we will happily process a refund for you.
